Styling & Fitting

Be Spectacled takes pride in our ability to style our customers in frames best suited for them. We will ensure the frame you choose will be physically comfortable and aesthetically flattering, while catering to your personal prescription.

Our opticians are trained to look for a frame that will best fit your specific head, face, eye and nose shape and size. Each frame has numbers indicating temple, frame and bridge sizes. Once we choose the optimal frame size and shape, our opticians will provide you with frame options that fit the unique requirements. We are happy to assist you in trying a variety of frames to ensure confidence in your decision.  

We understand great things take time. If you find yourself struggling to decide between two or more frames, we happy to note any models you are interested in to your personal file for later consideration. When you return, we will pull the frames from your last visit and pick up right where we left off. 

Ordering Frames

Once you’ve chosen your frame, Be Spectacled will send the frame and your prescription to one of our labs to have lenses made. This process takes about 7 to 10 business days for your frames to arrive back in store.

Once your frames have been checked in, we will notify you via email and text that your frames are ready to be picked up during business hours. When you arrive, we will complete a final frame evaluation to make any necessary adjustments.

Adjustments & Fixes

We understand that “life happens.” Sometimes frames stretch, and sometimes we fall asleep in our glasses. We are happy to make adjustments to help bring your frames back to life, just stop in to see us.

If your eyeglass frames are broken or damaged beyond our repair capabilities, we will evaluate the necessary steps needed to get them fixed. We are able to send newer frames back to the lab for repairs. With older frames, there is a risk factor in sending them back for repairs. In any case, we require customers to sign a waiver holding Be Spectacled harmless for broken or damaged frames once in the lab’s possession. (needs work)

Contacts

Contacts are a daily necessity for many Be Spectacled clients! We can assist you in ordering a new contact supply. If your prescription has expired, we will schedule you an appointment to see one of our doctors.

We are happy to ship your contacts directly to you, or have them shipped to the store for pick up. We will notify you via email and text message once your order has been checked in.
